Tonight we will wake at 3am to hopefully make our way through the Ice Fall before the sun makes it too unstable. From there we will rest at camp 1 (around 6100m) before setting off for camp II (around 6600m) where we will spend a 2-4 day vacation, depending how long we can hack it at that altitude. As a result, we are unlikely to have any cover for the next few days but I’ll be checking the Satphone (and texts) a couple of times a day.
